IMALA JE 138 KG: Smršala 57 KG bez dijete uz samo OVU vežbu i sad sve njene prijateljice pucaju od ljubomore!

Laura je u jednom trenutku imala više do 138 kilograma i u tom trenutku je odlučila da prikupi svu moguću snagu i odlučila je da smrša i da joj ništa neće stati na tom putu.

Smršala je do 81 kilogram do maja 2017. godine, a danas posle dugogodišnjeg dizanja tegova i ima 88 kilograma.

"Učinite sebi uslugu i nemojte nikada da zaboravite odakle ste počeli i nikada ne zaboravite koliko ste žudeli za promenom. Ne zaboravite koliko ste se hrabro borili za uspeh. Znam, teško je, ali vredi, napisala je inspirativnu poruku ova mlada žena", podelila je nedavno na Instagramu svoju priču.

Počela je da počela da diže tegove i provodila je sate u teretani svakog dana. Istovremeno radila je istraživanja vezana za fitnes, ishranu i zdravlje.

"Promenila sam moje navike u ishrani i ubacila dosta zdrave hrane u ishranu, napisala je ona.

Sada jede izbalansiranu hranu, bogatu povrćem i zelenišom, ribu, piletinu i biljne ugljene hidrate. U procesu gubitka masti jela je 5 do 6 puta na dan obroke bogate povrćem i proteinima iz mesa i jaja.
