IMALA JE 125 KG, ZA 11 MESECI SMRŠALA 58 KG: Arijana (24) sad ima 68 KG, a uradila je samo jednu STVAR (JELOVNIK)

Arijana Omipi (24) sa Novom Zelandu izgubila je 58 kilograma za samo 11 meseci. Početkom godine imala je 126, a sada ima 68 kilograma. Ovo joj nije prvi put da drastično smrša.

Pre četiri godine smršavila je 50 kilograma za šest meseci i sledećih osam u narednih pet meseci, ali kilogrami su se vratili jer nije mogla da prestane da se prekeda nezdravom hranom. Čak je bila deset kilograma teža nego pre dijete.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a before and after. With all the attention from the previous ones, I’ve found it difficult to share one again. It’s always hard when you’re constantly working on self love to have people critiquing your body, loose skin and sometimes even your happiness. But I know that there are those of you out there who are going through the same journey as me, who have had VSG or who are working on self love. I believe it’s so important to focus on your own individual journey but also to celebrate every single milestone you hit whether that’s a weight loss goal, fitting a goal outfit or even just recognising how far you’ve come mentally. ? For those of you who may be new, I had gastric sleeve surgery on March 14th 2018. This surgery has completely transformed my life and helped me to control my portion sizes. Along with a balanced diet and regular exercise I have seen incredible changes in the 9 months since surgery. ☺️ I’m 168cm tall and started with a weight of 126 kilos (278 pounds). I am currently 68 kilos (150 pounds). 68 kilos was my absolute goal weight but never something I thought I would achieve or be at and I feel so PROUD that I am at this milestone despite the fact that I haven’t had a big focus on watching my weight or the scales. ?? I think I’ve seen the biggest change over the last couple of months with my body. Especially since working out with @h.feaver_er at the @theexerciseroomnz. When I first started my journey I was generally a size 24 with measurements of bust 110cm, waist 100cm, hips 145cm . I’m currently sitting at a size 10 with measurements of bust 87cm, waist 68cm, hips 105cm ?

Opisala je svoj jelovnik kada je bila pretila i sada NEKAD

Doručak: Hladna kafa sa punomasnim mlekom, jaja, partadajz, avokado, pečurke, slanina i spanać

Ručak: 16 do 20 komada avokada, suši sa lososom i kola bez šećera

Večera: 400 grama punjenih pilećih prsa i pola kilograma krompira uz salatu sa kozjim sirom i kockice prepečenog hleba

SADA:

Pre doručka: Krastavac i kapućino

Doručak: Šejk sa dve doze proteinskog praha, pola zamrznute banane sa spanaćem i pola kivija

Ručak: Zapečene pečurke sa salatom

Večera: Pola porcije grčke salate sa 50 grama lososa

Dezert: Čaj

- Sada osećam da imam kontrolu nad hranom. Mogu da pripremim nešto bez želje ili potrebe da to i pojedem. Moj odnos prema hrani je sada mnogo zdraviji - rekla je.

U gubitku kilograma joj je pomogla operacija uklanjanja dela želuca u martu ove godine. To je uradila jer nije mogla da obuzda glad, a sada se zasiti i od male porcije.

Osim što pazi na ishranu, dva puta nedeljno vežba po 45 minuta sa osobnim trenerom, a vikendom ode planinariti ili šetati s prijateljima po prirodi.

- Mnogo sam srećnija Uzbuđena sam zbog onoga što me u budućnosti čeka - dodala je ova voditeljica marketinga.
