The Truth Does Not Take Sides
The series of articles “The Truth Does Not Take Sides” brings analyses, facts, and investigations into political and social events in Serbia that Kurir was the first to point out – and time has shown that these discoveries were accurate.
For months, we wrote about the background of the most significant political and social developments in the country, about what was hidden behind the blockade movement and student demands, about the ambitions of Rector Vladan Đokić, the motives of certain lecturers, as well as the truereasons behind the formation of the so-called inquiry commission. Time has proven that our findings were correct.
Earlier still, through articles about Dragan Šolak and his attempts to dominate Serbia’s media space, we showed what the network of power and influence shaping public opinion looked like – and how that image is changing today.
Today, when numerous processes have been brought to light, we proudly emphasise that we were among the few who called things by their proper name.
Despite pressure from all sides, we were driven by the desire for truth – and to be the first to tell it.
